Shipping policy

Processing Times

• In-Stock Items: If your item is currently in stock, it may be delivered locally the same day or shipped the same day, depending on the time the order is placed.
• Standard Orders: 1–2 business days.
• Custom Wigs/Coloring: 3–7 business days.
• Items Not Currently in Stock: If an item is not currently in stock, we will order it from our supplier within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping: Typically 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.
• Express Shipping: Typically 1–2 business days after your order has been processed.
• Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7 business days total, depending on product availability, your location, and the shipping carrier.

A confirmation email will be sent after your purchase is completed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or text.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages

HairPlug662 LLC is not responsible for packages that have been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional assistance.
